Delayed Delivery

• If you are in the UK and haven't received your order 5 days after you receive your dispatch email, please contact us at hello@white-daisy.co.uk and we will investigate 
• For deliveries outside the UK, please allow 10 working days before contacting us
• We will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by International customs. If your order is held up please contact them directly
• Please note that following the UK's exit from the European Union, any customers purchasing from Europe will be liable for import charges. You will be contacted directly by the shipping company used and orders will be held until the charges are paid.
